Our Goal

We love to educate people on the benefits of nutritious foods, daily exercise and healthy lifestyles. Our founder, Lena, has lost 135 lbs. She’s here to motivate and inspire individuals to eat clean, lose weight, and maintain a healthy lifestyle—one delicious, clean meal at a time.

When we say clean

We mean unprocessed, fresh, non-GMO ingredients available for Vegan, Vegetarian, and all-around Healthy quick-serve meals. We’ve thoughtfully curated and crafted a menu that fuels bodies and minds.

Making the most of every ingredient

Our meals consist of multiple food groups so you’re obtaining a wide range of macronutrients (carbs, proteins, fats) and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals, antioxidants), all of which are needed to keep you full of energy and feeling good.

We are all about getting as much nutrition as possible into every bite. We believe in the power of plant-forward, nutrient-dense foods, like vegetables, legumes, complex carbs, and focus on quality proteins from animal and plant sources.

Do you use organic/non-GMO ingredients?

We take care to use organic and non-GMO ingredients whenever possible. However, we don’t currently guarantee that all of our ingredients are certified organic. We can guarantee that our high-quality ingredients are always free of additives, chemicals, artificial ingredients, and refined sugars.

Can I customize the meals?

Yes you can customize every meal to suit your lifestyle or diet.

Are your meals low in carbs, calories, fat, and sodium?

Our goal is to provide something for everyone, so we offer a range of nutritional values for things like fat, carbs, calories, and low sodium. If your following Keto, Paleo, low carb we have an option for you.

Do you cater to special medical or dietary needs?

Yes, depending on what you need please provide any diet that you want to follow and we portion it and help you follow the diet to our best ability. While these tools are useful if you have a specific goal in mind, if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, we do recommend that you work with your doctor or nutritionist to find which meals are right for you.
